cups von allen Benutzern verwaltbar machen

Beschreibung:

Außer Automatisch gefunde Drucker, kann man als normaler Benutzer keine Drucker installieren oder löschen etc.
Dafür kann man aber eine policy file anlegen.

Durchführung:

sudo nano /etc/polkit-1/localauthority/50-local.d/cups-allow-everything.pkla
